Be more polite when dealing with females. Most rude today and did not even give me a courtesy call advising when my car would be ready to collect. Arrived there at 5.20pm (as due to close at 6pm) to find all doors were locked. Most unprofessional and would never go there again! This was most distressing as have a child with special needs!

We have taken both our cars here for a number of years. The staff are extremley helpful, informative and courteous. The work carried out has (as far as a non-mechanically minded person can tell) always been done efficiently and without costing us a fortune. They will always phone me giving me costings before the carry out the work and contact me once the car is ready.

I have recomended Maidstone MOT and Repair centre to friends and will continue to do so. These are not the stereotypical usual car repair people - I would never go to a chain and will continue to take the cars here. Definately not a place where I get ripped off or lied to.

The body repair man who works next door is excellent too.
