S E Tyres

I have used S E Tyres for many years. They almost always have what I want in stock, they are very quick and efficient at fitting and look after their regular customers well. I would see no need to go anywhere else

This is a small outlet with experienced staff - I know because I have used them for over 15 years. I always get good advice and they are always helpful. Not always the cheapest but when they are local with all the benefits above, why risk going elsewhere? I do 20,000 miles a year and I have bought at least 4 sets of tyres from them - the last set were Pirellis and gave me a comfortable 38,000 miles and still showing 4mm of tread.
I am a professional driver trainer and I do educate myself about all aspects of the car - including tyres. I therefore generally know when I am being given incorrect or misleading information, and this company has never let me down. I am happy to ask them for their advice reckoning that it will be truthful and sensible. Honesty sets them apart from some other companies, and that's worth something. I always try to use them in the first instance, and will only go elsewhere if they really cannot provide what I want. Very rare.
