Keltek Motors

I shredded a tyre in Looe yesterday, Keltic motors sent out a lorry and the driver kindly drove my car onto it , dropped me as near as he could to home then offloaded my vehicle at Geoffrey Harris ready to be repaired on Monday. I couldn’t praise the driver enough he was a true hero !

Keltek recovered my van on a busy A road on an awkward corner this morning.
The driver was calm, courtious, and extremely competent in a situation that was far from perfect , I would recommend Keltek to anybody.

Brilliant,Damon in the service reception is amazing he did everything he could to help, showed us the old parts when requested and the bill came in less than quoted!

Broke down unexpectedly and was attended to in a plymouth within 20mins. Really lovely guy who escorted us to the garage and made sure all paperwork completed appropriately. Brilliant breakdown and recovery service 10/10

i found the technician that came to attend myself and an incident that i had with my fiesta very abrupt and seemed disgusted in the fact that i had no means to change my wheel.....on the plus side they seem to have lots of vehicles,must try harder im afraid green flag have lost my custom because of this

Whilst going on holiday to Truro, our car broke down, clutch had gone. We called the recovery and Keltek came. They loaded the car on the recovery and the caravan was hitched on at the back. The man said he could not take us back to our site, because he needed a break from driving, due to the rules, so he parked at Subway, so we could get a drink and food, because by then we had not eaten since the morning, and now being gone 6pm.
We had food and drink and then felt alot better, to finish the journey to the site.
We arrived in style.
Keltek then took our car to fix it, and it was ready the next day, that is service. All the staff were very courteous,
We were very happy to have the car for the rest of the holiday.

We recently had to be recovered by Keltek Motors in Cornwall due to a gearbox failure when towing our caravan, they took us onto our site and then took the car away to investigate the fault and advise if they could carry out the repair for us. Unfortunately due to the nature and severity of the problem it could not be repaired within the week we were staying so they held the car for us and then recovered us the following weekend and took us back to Stoke on Trent. I would Highly recommend this company and its employees as we received a first class and friendly service and they went to great effort to look after both the car and caravan as some recovery agents i have used in the past slap greasy hands all over everything and do not respect things. The drivers we encountered showed superb customer service whilst still showing their abilities and knowledge as mechanics.

Keltek were brill! My wifes car caught fire while I was working at the other end of the country, Keltek attended recovered the vehicle and even lent my wife a hire car, this took all the frustration and worry out of a bad situation while I was miles away. I cannot thank the recovery technician and office staff enough, they were punctual, polite and very professional, thanks Keltek.
