We ended up in the Small Claims Court and won the case, but as yet have received no money back. They still have the car.
This pair are totally plausible, pleasant and will fool anyone; we tried the nice way for months before going to court, they promise your car will be returned, give a time /date etc not once but dozens of times. It never appears.
I have never posted a negative reply in my life, but if this review saves just one family from the anguish we went through it's worth it.
Trust me, avoid at all costs.
