Kwik-Fit

Shocking service. I went for a spare tyre this week, all of the "lads" sat around outside on chairs and only one acknoledged me , calling insructions over to his mate to help me out, this lad wouldnt of his phone until i had taken the tyre out and stood in front of him, and still his mate had to shout again to get off his phone. I got mumbled responses to my questions about prices. I then went to reception to pay and the lads have moved inside, lounging around with their feet on the countet and not one acknowledged me until another guy came from nowhere and was very helpful. I live just round the corner from this branch but in future i will drive elsewhere rather than give kwikfit my hard earned.
