I was picked up by your rescue vehicle last night at 600pm on the M4. your driver was extremely caring and polite.As the possible cause of my breakdown was failure of the Turbo it was necessary to deliver my Vito van to Weston Super mare. Your man was amusing and good company on the drive he apparantly has only been with you for a few months I wish him well for the future.
