This used to be a great place with really helpful staff, but sadly no longer the case! It was recently taken over by an Asian family who already own several petrol stations in the Sheffield area. One of the first things they did was get rid of all of the existing staff and replace them with (from what I can gather from chatting with former staff members now working elsewhere) members of their own family from Sheffield. Customer care is now almost non-existant - Many of the new staff can't seem to speak any significant amount of English, and seem to struggle with even the most basic of enquiries. This used to be the only place I used to fill up and, before the take-over, I'd have had no hesitation in rating it as a 10. However, like many other locals, I've now moved my business elsewhere as a result of the dramatic fall in quality of service.
