Rac Auto Windscreens

I have been receiving a disgraceful service (*ie none at all) from repeated requests through my insurance to have someone do anything from the Kingston branch of this company. This is the only constructive thing I can say about having made numerous calls since Friday afternoon-it is now Monday am- and my car still sits outside with no replacement window or temporary replacement, despite having been promised that someone would attend. Their direct telephone number seems to be permanently on divert to their head office and consequently I keep arriving back at the same place and having to restae the whole case every time. To say I am not impressed is a gross understatement. What happens if my car is further vandalised due to the fact that access is now simply a matter of putting a hand through an open gap?
