My son purchased a Ford Ka that blew a head gasket under warranty. They have had the car for almost 3 weeks and it is still not ready. They will not reply to phone call enquiries to advise what is happening. Very poor service. I saw the manager on friday 17th of December and he was very non-commital. Trying to contact him since that day has been impossible and he does not respond to requests to contact the customer, my son.
