Horrendous service. Booked car in on Wed for a 12.30PM Friday slot. Arrived 12.20, checked in and explained where I had parked car. Expected time for job was 20 mins. Waited 1hr and 20 mins and asked how job was progressing. Answer :- if you would like to drive into bay one I'll get someone on it right away. WHAT?
I said I would not like to do that and left. The two guys on the desk were all "cheeky chappies", they were having a great time and a great laugh while I was sitting there like a numpty.
It says above the door "one stop shop", that is correct and that was my "one stop". Won't be back. Please pay attention to your job and your customers.

Always great service from cooper bros. never pushy and have saved me money on more than 1occasion. Staff all good. Never go anywhere else

Have used Cooper Brothers for over 20 years and always found their staff to be professional, freindly and helpful. Their prices are very competative, the only place locally I would consider for tyres and exhausts.

shocked to read last comment . I live in Hamilton and ignore all local tyre/exhaust type services to travel to Coopers in Newmains when such work is required . I have always had excellent service from counter staff to fitters to managers on all visits . I have had 3 MOTs done by Coopers and truly believe they have gone the extra mile to repair any problems rather than simply replace parts which would be easier for them but more costly for me . Anyone making the change from one of the "big names" to Coopers for motoring requirements would certainly notice a difference in service and cost and very likely make Coopers their choice in the future .

Shockingly poor customer service. Belligerent manager standing up for a rude and disrespectful member of staff. All he had to say was something along the lines of 'I can see your point and I'll have a word with the lad' instead I get more abuse.
I used to use this garage all the time for my repairs and had no complaints. Will be going elsewhere now.
