From a girl pov. Been in 4 garages. Spend over £400 is “diagnostics” so was very very sceptic about forking out another £100 at automerc. BUT paid for a diagnostics with a hope they will get it tracked. They charged me £110 (90+vat) for a diagnostics and include repair in. Apparently was so minor issue to charge separately. How on earth other garages couldn’t find it? Automerc, you got a loyal customer from now.

The guys at Automerc have been looking after my Mercs (E300 auto, and A Class 1400 manual) for more than 10yrs. Customer service is friendly and their work is thorough, reliable, and conscientious. They are moderately priced. Even though I have moved from the area I continue to take my car to Automerc. No hesitation in recommending.
