Desira Diss

In January i purchased a fiat stilo from desira at their Diss Fiat branch. Within ten weeks of making this purchase the rear axel bushes, along with the piping for the air conditioning(which i had not used), had worn out leaving me with a bill for in excess of £690. I only found out that this was the cost for the repairs after incurring a charge of over £80 for a diagnostic, of which i was not informed until after they had carried it out. When i originally purchased the car it came with a free warranty but this did not cover the work i needed doing making it practically useless, due to being incredibly selective of what they cover.
originally i was quite happy with the company, but this has made me feel cheated and i will not be using them again.
