We have owned three IH vehicles, (two bought direct from IH). We were very disappointed with the presentation and condition of the last van on handover which resulted in several visits back to the factory (quite some distance) for them to be rectified. The faults should have been rectified prior to purchase. We now own a Timberland Motorhome and would not purchase from IH again.
