They are fine for an MOT, but expensive for a service and did not ring with a price before carrying out the work. I'll go there for an MOT because they are convenient, but I'll probably look elsewhere in future if I need other work done.

Family friend took her car here, they did all the work THEN called her to say it's all done you owe us £340.00. Cost for the same work at the appropriate main dealer is currently £179.00. It says a lot when you are nearly double the price of a main dealer and can't even seek approval for works. Customer service and prices need addressing!
