I bought a car four years ago from Chart Cars.com in Maidstone, Kent and have had nothing but trouble with it from day one. It first of all had a steering rack/stalling problem. Luckily I had purchased a warranty with it. I phoned them and told them I would take it to my local garage for repairs. When my garage phoned them with details of the works and bill they were not very pleasant at all and begrudged having to pay up (he spoke to a lady at Chart Cars) (what do they think a warranty is for heavens sake). I had to scrap it today with 44,000 miles (low) had nothing but trouble over the last four years with it, cost me hundreds of pounds. They were all smiles and pleasant when I first bought it, of course they would be, till after they had my money. DO NOT GO TO THIS GARAGE unless of course they have gone bust anyway.
