Hildenborough Volvo

I used the parts department at hildenborough volvo, the guy I dealt with Adam was really knowledgable and helpful, he was really keen to help me, I had lost my locking wheel nut tool and was worried that if I got a puncture I would really be stuck.
Adam arranged for the workshop to remove the locking bolts and replace them with standard bolts until a replacement tool arrived, I was charged twenty five pounds but I felt this was fair.
I got phoned as soon as the tool arrived. I felt this was exceptional service.
The parts email is [email protected] and they have used this to quote me for some bits I needed. I found this useful as I work awkward hours and tend to think of things I would be interested in after they are closed but they always respond to my email questions ( don't forget to give them the cars reg number like I did or it delays things)
