I had a well excellent experience with Monks Brook Motors Ltd of school close, chandlers ford on two occasions recently, firstly a few days ago, when i went there on the recommendation of the man that always supplies me with tyres for my car, i had been given some horrific prices for quotes on a part i required plus labour charges and also for services and mots, so i went into monks brook motors which was formerly JONS MOTORS, and was greeted by the man himself JON, with a lovely smile asking how he could help, i explained the situation,I had the part nr for the job i required and he immediately popped it into his computer and gave me a price, quoted me for my service, mot and the labour on whole job, and i booked him straight away, today i have come away with all the jobs done as promised ,
( even my micra had a lovely smile when i drove it off) and so did i,
and it worked out a bit cheaper than originally quoted, he has a remarkable team working alongside him and i give them all 20 out of ten stars,a lovely smiling team, polite and courteous, good value and work and really good prices, i would recommend going there , i shall definitely be returning for further work if necessary, Many thanks Jon and Crew

Have used these guys a couple of times over the last 12 months or so. Excellent service, no unexpected surprises and a more than reasonable cost in the current climate.Hope they have many years of ongoing success, I'll be back next time and will have no problems recommending to friends / colleagues / whoever.

I've used this garage since moving in to the area three years ago for my ageing Renault. Their service has always been excellent - explain faults, options, prices for parts.

This is a great garage, honest and straightforward, reasonably priced and prepared to do the small jobs as well as the money spinning ones. Always very helpful and efficient.

Very impressed with this garage. All the family cars have been going in and out of this garage for years. The service is Great and I have always had a fair assessment of the vehicles and any work carried out has always been to a high standard and very prompt. The explaination of errors with vehicles has always been clear and consise which is great if you know little about cars! Very friendly garage. I highly reccomend this garage and wish the guys continued success.
