Bought a car from this garage. very unprofessional .
At first impressions seems good. took the car for test drive aggreed a price.
a few electrical things - windows- were nedded correcting. which they promised to do when picking up the car follow day.
when we arrived , they were still trying to fix it. in the end. They said they needed to order parts for the car. so we drove the car away leaving our number. they never called back, we chased them for about two weeks asking when the part would arrive. the old guy kept saying " we will call you when its here ". the item never arrived, and we gave up calling him. which is what he probably wanted. whats worse, when did get the window fixed. they actually broke the whole regulator of the window. so i had to order a new one.
the guy makes false promises. my advice is to avoid such a place. very unfirendly. swears a lot.

I have to disagree with the review I have just read. Just bought an Alfa Romeo this afternoon. The deal was a great one and the customer service was fantastic. Dealt with the owner and his son and felt at ease immediately. I have given a 7 purely as I have not picked up the car yet but first impressions were good and on that basis would recommend to other people. Should this change when I pick the car up then I will update this.

A very unprofessional business. We agreed to drive an hour and a half to view a car. We spoke to the owner five times on the journey to confirm our arrival. He agreed to take the car 'off sale'. When we arrived he was completeing the paper work and had sold it to someone else. He proceeded to be incredibly rude and could not of cared less that we made the long journey. My husband and I were in complete shock in the way we were treated by this rude and unprofessional man.
In retrospect we are pleased we never purchased the car as I can't imagine with his approach that his vehicles would be sold with any safety or quality guarantee.
My honest and serious advice would be, not to buy or even visit H May car sales in Ascot which also goes under the more glamourous website name of Alfa Cars. In reality it looks nothing like Alfa Cars, just a grubby run down second hand car lot called H May and run by a incredeibly mean, unprofessional man. This is an honest review and is not intended to be offensive. Why should this man be able to get away with treating people in such an offensive and terrible way?
