Absolutely Rubbish - Avoid at all costs

Sold a car with several faults and terrible corrosion underneath. Customer service terrible and now having to go to finance company to resolve

I have purchased two cars from trade centre wales, The first one was a BMW 1 series which i kept for over 3yrs, i then part exchanged for a new shape Audi a3 more recentley. They gave me a great price for my car, much more than any other local garage could offer me for it. Both of the cars i have bought where under 4 years old with one previous owner and full service history's... I never had a problem with the BMW, I just fancied a change. I am verry pleased with the new car, and have always had a great service and great prices from the sales guys at TCW. I would recoment them to everyone. x

As I had seen the adverts on the TV and the Gazzette i thought i’d pop down to see what it was all about, It was very easy to find and has a great choice to choose from, All the cars are Tidy! I wasn’t pressured to buy a car from anyone as the sales man just helped out when i needed some information, Nicky was very helpfull with my paperwork as there is so much to go through now. Over all very clean and tidy! It’s got everything even if you want to bring your family down. Tidy!

first time ive been there and i was really pleased with everyone that i helped me choose a new fiesta for me and my wife, the standard of cars are great and they saved me £2000 as i was going to buy from the ford dealership down the road. well done trade centre.

I recently bought a small car for my son at the trade centre and can only give glowing reports of my experience, the salesman byron was very helpful in finding the right car, the test drive was great, when i collected the car the staff were very helpfull and i was able to get free insurance for 7days which very helpfull even though i had to wait as there were lots of other customers around doing the same thing. i have had a small problem with the car but this has now resolved by rachel in Customercare...

went to the Trade Centre Wales last weekend to buy my new family , what a great car buying experience something for everyone. Staff were so helpful not pushy at all, great facilities and fantastic selection of keenly priced cars and very well presented with all cars priced up clearly ,, Could not fault the service from start to end , keep up the good work Trade Centre Wales

After purchasing a car from trade centre wales it was back and forth and i used it only three times in the first two weeks as it smelt like a dirty babies nappy was left in it as the mechanic said,three times i drove it only to trade centre wales, and after three valets and it still smelt the same and they decided it smelt fine even though it was the same as the three days after i paid for car as we could not use it because it was soaking wet when we bought it due to being valeted, so if you have no sense of smell you'll be fine but otherwise i would not go there and their customer care service centre, the staff are rude.

IF YOU CAN COPE WITH PRESSURE YOU WILL BE FINE!!
me and my partner went to trade center wales in neath last week just for a browse cause that all you hear on real radio is there advertising. when we got there 4 sales people came on to us and asked us why we were there? what car were we looking for? how much did we want to spend to? and every other question you could think about.
they guy gave us his card and say have a look around I'LL BE JUST A FEW STEPS BEHIND YOU IF YOU NEED ANYTHING!!! i laughed as i thought he was joking well i was WRONG!!!! my own shadow was further away from me than this guy was.
where ever we turned to look he was there when ever we stopped to look at a car he was there.
we felt that we couldn't look at anything on our own. so he said where we part exchanging our car he then left us for about 15mins to look at our car that was they only time we had on our own to look at cars. we were looking for a focus or something smaller he tried to sell us an ESTATE!!!
we were there for about 40 mins i HATED it there felt so uncomfortable so pressured in the end i said to my partner im going to the car so i phoned my mate and started heading for the door and my husband said there was nothing there that we liked. As i got to the door the Guy was running down to me and butted in when i was on the phone trying to sell me a fiesta i couldn't believe it!!!!! PLS dont got there!!!!

I have bought 7 cars in total from Trade Centre Wales, 4 this year alone. I always deal with either Gavin or Paul Morris. They are great lads, there is never any high pressure sales, and they are always helpful. Their after sales service is second to none. I have recommended all my friends & family to go there. Trade Centre Wales deserves all its success, because they look after you.
