I contacted AA car insurance after an accident i was told RGM Auto repair would contact me within a couple of hours. 30 minutes later Clair from RGM contacted me to arrange for me to take car in for assessment (car still drivable). approximately 2 days after assessment AA confirm repairs Clair organises for my car to be collected and courtesy car dropped off (as per insurance) 10 days later I get to pick up my car. All together 3-4 weeks and we are in the middle of a covid pandemic. RGM staff very professional from start to finish excellent first class service would highly recommend.

I honestly do not know what this guy is complaining about. The only reason for any delay in the repair of an accident damaged vehicle is due to the insurance company authorising the repair because of the circumstances of the accident. If there are no disputes the repair is authorised and takes an average of 7 to 10 days, even for the worst damage.

I have always used RGM and found them courteous, helpful and very professional and their standards of repair are without question the highest in South Wales. You even get a courtesy car for the duration, regardless of fault.

RGM are the recommended repairer in my area for Swiftcover claims and sadly the service I have received from them has been consistently poor. My car has now been with them for more than 3 months and every day the repair completion date seems to get further away. I cannot comment on the quality of their workmanship as I am yet to see any repair, but they have consistently given me misleading information and have had to be chased to provide even the most basic info.
