Absolutely amazing service and very friendly staff.I had a flat tyre just round the corner from VAG Autoworks at about 1pm today and the guys were amazing, they put on my spare tyre, ordered new tyre and by 5pm I had a new tyre on-and much cheaper than my previous garage. They are definitely the people I will go to from now on. Thank you

great service and very helpful. My Ford Galaxy had problem with air con and they didn't give up till it was fixed without a huge bill at the end.

Full service for 320D they are charging £320 where as BMW cooper charges £350.There is not much price difference and if service it BMW i can claim that i have full main dealer service history.

I have used this garage in the past and found them to be very helpful, quick and reliable.

They recently repaired my SEAT Leon for approx £200 after I was told at the local SEAT dealership in Emmer Green that the big end had gone and I needed a new engine costing approx £3,000.

I would use them again without hesitation.

OK, as promised earlier my feedback after I used Grosvenor for my car.

The workshop is neat and clean and the good thing is you can see the work being done through the glass windows if you wish to.

Customer Service was good, work carried out (oil service) was also good. Will give them another shot with future work.

There is something interesting to note in pattern of the dates of these reviews.
One negative review (seemingly genuine) closely and then regularly followed by a barrage of positive ones!!!
Make your own call.

I have booked them first time to check them out. Will post back to follow up.

Don't go too much on my rating yet.

I was going to sell my 330d for something faster but was told I should get it remaped before I do anything as it makes quite a difference on these old diesels.

I live in Basingstoke and looked for nearby places that could do this to my car. The closest I could find was Grosvenor (take note that they have moved their BMW side of the business to Richfield Avenue). The guys there are very friendly, lent me a car for the afternoon and i'm now in love with my BMW all over again. 10/10.

just bought my new seven series from local BMW dealer in Reading ONCE they got my cheque they didnt want to know , had a handful of problems with the car ,so i took it into Grosvenor for them to take a look and before i could say monkey sandwich the owner pete had made me a coffee had my car on the ramp and an hour later had fixed all the problems that i had with the car, also tightened up the wheel bolts that the dealer has missed on its pdi inspection ,the level of service from grosvenor was out of this world ,its the first company ive found that its customer focus is how i run my business they treat the customer as king or queen and not just a number grosvenor is my dealer of the year

I booked my E46 M3 in at Grosvenor's new site on Richfield Avenue for a service. While it was in they suggested one of their Autologic power upgrades which I took them up on.

What can I say? The results are staggering!! I can honestly say it’s one of the best things I have bought for the car in my time owning it.

My 2002 BMW M5 developed a knock from the engine. I first took the car to Coopers BMW, After alot of messing about they advised me the engine could not be simply be repaired and required a new engine at a staggering cost of £15,000 + fitting. I left feeling shocked and upset as the car seemed to be running fine bar the noise.

A friend recommended I take the car to an BMW specialist called Grosvenor Motor Company in Caversham. I left the car with them for the day and was given a nice 3-Series as a courtesy car. By lunch time I had a phone call from the garage saying they had diagnosed the problem and could have it fixed by the end of the week. I obviously agreed to this and sure enough had my M5 back on the Friday working absolutely perfect. The bill was less than 10% of what Coopers BMW wanted and the service was second to none.

Needless to say Grosvenor will be my first port of call from now on. 10/10.

My family have used grosvenor for many years.there ability is unquestionable. some times there honesty is a little hard to digest but if we wanted to be waffled to we would use a main dealer. good luck with your planned expansion.

Technically competent but unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. As is often the problem with owner operated Garages they 'll argue against the indefensible to avoid having to repair the damage done by short cuts. If you're looking for a good independant garage this isn't the one
