I personally find these guys great, very helpful! I have used for ordering many parts for my bike, with no issues. They sent me a text letting me know they have arrived, all within a couple of working days. Also they have very helpful clothing department staff, which knew the products well, and made me feel confident i was buying the outfit for riding. Haven't used sales yet, but they do have a big choice of bikes, maybe when ive saved up a bit! I would recomend them, and will definately be using again.

poor service understaffed and lots of bad attitude found the shop dirty and the staff not happy paid for my spares which were very expensive and then asked about a bike from a very miserable sales person used to be a lot happier place 6 years ago would recommend getting a quote before going so not to waste time and money
lets hope its improved by the time i visit again :)
