Took my Land Rover to this garage for the first time at the request of the dealer that sold me the car. Through no fault of their own, one of the parts that was fitted failed after 6 weeks. Cost of the faulty part was refunded without any hassle. Great Customer service.

We have been using Elite Garage for well over a decade for all our family vehicles including VW,BMW,Mercedes and Ford and our daughters continue to take their cars there despite having moved away years ago. I have used this garage for many years. They have always been really good. I like the fact that they show you the old worn parts that they have replaced. Very trustworthy. I would recommend to anyone. Excellent, honest, friendly service.

I have always used Elite since they first opened . Mrs Bye and her son Jamie are the proprieters and they are the most helpful and concientious persons I have ever met in the motor trade,nothing is ever too much trouble,and I have never got overcharged for any work whatsover.Of course being close to my home its easy for me to drop off my car and leave it in their care. I never normally write reviews, but the service received from this garage deserves comment.
I used Elite for a second opinion after we felt that a main dealer might just be stringing us along on a works vehicle - great result with honest and clear information, good prices and prompt attention. Elite are now servicing all the works vehicles and have started looking after my private cars that have never been serviced outside the main dealer network (even though the warranty had expired years ago). The additional information that they give about the vehicles is so very helpful and more detailed than we have previously received. This allows forward planning and controls expenditure.
In summary Elite are an honest garage who care about doing a good job at a fair price.

Fantastic garage. Used elite for the first time this week, customer service is outstanding and they were surprisingly honest for a garage!! So hard to find a mechanic you trust, but in this case we struck gold and will be using elite for all our future needs.

Our family always use Elite garage. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. The garage is also close to West Berks Hospital and my wife can drop the car off and leave it for the day. I have had my car from new - it is now 7 years old and have always used Elite. At the other end of the scale my son had an old but good condition 206 and Elite were comfortable servicing this. No problem has been too much for them, The cars have always been ready at the agreed time unless a part cannot be sourced in which case Elite will always give you plenty of notice.
We feel that we have been very lucky finding a genuine and honest garage that is always very helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elite.
A friend had an RX8 - Mazda quoted > £1200 to repair it, Elite repaired it for £350. As you can imagine he is now a regular Elite customer

i always use this garage and its very friendly and work is always compleated on time and never have any problems, the staff are always happy to explain things to you properly or show you the parts they take off and why it was broken, which is fab if your like me and havent got a clue, any way would highly recomend them for any work, mots ect.
