I needed to return an item and get advice on purchasing a better item.The cashier was helpful and directed me to another desk,where I stood and was completely ignored.I was happy to wait until other people had been served but no one bothered to acknowledge my existance.The cashier apologised and refunded the money from my previous purchase and I went to a local shop where I was helped to get the correct product.
