As near perfect score as possible. I entrusted all my cars to the family run business 'just next door' for almost 26 years. They sold vehicles for me as well. I cannot recommend their high standard of service enough. Across the board, father, son and the 'MOT man' were always extremely helpful, knowledgeable and would and could fix any motor problem. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A very big thank you to them.

After taking my car to the main dealer plus two independent garages who were unable to even diagnose, let alone fix the problem, I was astounded with Hartley Service Station when they diagnosed and rectified the problem within 2 hours of my first visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothin seemed like too much trouble. I am amazed that my local BMW dealership were unable to find the cause of the fault when this small faily run garage diagnosed and fixed the simple fault in my car so quikly. I now send allmy friends and family to this reliable garage.
