I recently had an electrical fault on my Mercedes. Monarch was recommended to me by RAC.
I was very impressed with the garage and the repair carried out. I had the use of a courtesy car throughout. Mary on reception is a delight to deal with and Duncan the owner is a friendly and honest. My garage from now on and would strongly recommend to others.

Generally, I found Monarch Automotive to be a good, honest and trustworthy garage. They knew exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed it very quickly and at what I considered to be a good price.

Their reception is currently undergoing a refurbishment, so I found this to be a little frustrating.

I haven't used Monarch before, but will definitely use them again when my MoT and service is due.
