I would just like to express my disappointment with Timberlake Motors.
When I booked my car in for the bare minimum job, all I needed done is the oil and oil filter changed. I supplied all the parts needed and was quoted about £30 for half an hour labour.

When I collected my car I was handed an invoice for over £60. When asked why I was being charged double, I was told that they added an extra half an hour for resetting the service indicator. I did not ask for this being done and I would have appreciated a phone call requesting the go-ahead. Also, when I asked if there was any oil left over, I was told that there was nothing left over. When I had my car serviced previously, there was almost half a litre left over for top-up purposes. According to the service manual the engine oil capacity is 4.6litres.

I will NOT be using garage again. I hope others do the same!
