I had problems with the service at this garage, and when I tried to give them the opportunity to make things right they were rude and unhelpful. I felt it was expensive even if everything had been perfect, but with all the problems and extra work I had to pay for I feel ripped off.

Had problems with my 320d BMW, would not start in the mornings took it to a a couple of garages in plymouth as i work there and they were unable to fix even though they charged me for the privilege already 300 down ,took the car to polbathic and they diagnosed it as a fuel pump relay under the dash only charged 120 very happy great service would recommend to anyone.

This garage/mot testing station is really friendly, good fun, and always helpfull, you have good facilities when waiting for an mot, with cups of coffee. the guys working there are good fun, and very good at what they do, the prices are very fair and reasonable

very poor standard of customer service,they take to long in fixing your vehicle,and charge top rates very poorly run garage.
