good old fashioned service!i used to be a BMW technician,and tried to catch them out!,they are on the ball (especially ken) other garages in town have tried to rip me off!(big mistake when i used to carry out pre-mot inspections at BMW)service is allways spot on! only room for inprovement,is building needs updating! i will allways use them 7yrs on

The lads at Burrows have provided me with an excellent service, being a female , i was nervous and expected to get a load of flannel, but the lads were totally honest, friendly and were professional throughout and communication was brilliant.

When my cars mot and service was complete, i was then overwhelmed by the fact that they had the car ready at the time given but also that the bill had come in under estimate.

So hence the 10/10 for the lads, will definitely be going back and have recommended numerous girl friends to pop along to Burrows.
