I have used DPA for 11 or 12 years. I have found them completely honest and reliable - so much so that when I got a brand new Volvo in 2001, I used them right from the start. I also use themm now for my wife's non-Volvo.

Whenever he has time, the proprietor, Dave Pengelly (hence the DP of DPA), spends 5 or 10 minutes telling me about my car when I come to pick it up. This is really useful, as he tells me what maintenance is coming up, and what to look out for.
