baxster are always frendly they let you know the cost in advance of doing the works and will show you if you ask the broken items . chris and his team will always try and do there upmost to help i have been going there for twelve years and have all ways had positive results

I've used this garage for nearly twenty years and had no complaints but they recently opened a spar shop on the premises and I shan't use them again.

I don't mind mixing bagels, baked beans and servicing but I recently had my car serviced and needed some spares.

I was charged nearly £400 for genuine manufacturer parts I found on the internet for £120, again from the manufacturer. I think Baxter's may have got them even cheaper.

Now I'm a businessman and know there are hidden costs and issues but this is beyond greedy.

Not only that, but I had a problem with a spare tyre a while ago. Kerbed it and needed some tlc to stop a leak. I paid Baxter's ten quid to pull the tyre off, polish the rim and put the tyre back on.

Reasonable I hear you say. However, the leak was still there so went to a scrappy for a spare. They did exactly what Baxter's said they did and it was clear they (Baxter's) had done nothing.
I could see the corrupted varnish on the rim.

The scrapyard chappy did what Baxter's claimed to have done and problem solved.
When I challenged Baxter's they simply weren't interested.

This garage used to be a stalwart of Ruskington good business practice, what happened guys?
