Auto 100 have been great for me. I have been leasing from them and just traded in for the 2nd time. I am so much better off doing this and not buying new. It's a great services and I will be doing this from now on.

I got a 2nd hand Audi from Auto 100 and I'm very happy with it. Engine sounds fantastic for the age and everything is smooth. I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality. Thanks

Bought a Jag, my advice is to take everything at face value not what they tell you. Car was genuine 38k on clock FSH. Said it had been serviced but hadn't (not a prob as 6 months from last service) downside was small split in radiator hose which manifested 3 days later also aircon compressor iffy all fixed locally though they offered themselves.

Based on my experience this is a garage best avoided. They now trade as Auto100.co.uk (worth researching why they changed the company name before you even consider buying a car from them) trust me, I wish I had :( I definitely wouldn't have bought my car

I purchased a mercedes s class from these guys in March 2009. On the surface a great looking example. Unfortunately things went very wrong very quickly, starting in the evening on the day of purchase. Within a month the car had to be returned to the garage to be repaired; the water pump failed, airbag warning light on, engine undertray came off on the motorway, headlight mounting broken, air suspension leaking, but worst of all, the car wouldn't reverse once the engine was warm. The car even refused to change out of 1st gear once it'd been sat in traffic for ages.

It took 8 weeks without a car before I finally got it back, and it still wouldn't reverse. After having the garage generally avoiding me and refusing phone calls, I finally rejected the car in Aug09.

12 months on, and I've had to go down the legal route to get anything resolved. My costs are higher than the purchase price of the car. The car's had loads of inspections and turns out its been badly repaired after an accident. Radiator held in with cable ties, bolts cross threaded holding the front panel on etc... I do 60k miles a year, and have had to pay for another car out my own pocket while stuck with a car I couldn't use.

Draw your own conclusion!
