Red Oak Garage

This garage could not fix our car but attempted to several times and charged us £1,000s. Terrible service & attitude. We had our car finally repaired by another garage.

Just had my car serviced here. impeccable customer service, extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. I will be returning here for my next service. thanks.

Seems like standards are slipping à lot, my cars seen to come back with more problèms than when I drop them off. My trust in this garage is not as good as it once was....

Can't fault this garage at all. Was recommended to me, and I wasn't disappointed. I was prepared to replace all the tappets for my Hyundai Coupe due to excessive 'tapping' noise, but was told to hold fire and wait for them to access the car. Fault was traced to a worn timing belt guide, my tappets being fine! Would recommend - thanks Simon (& co)

I will be known to Red Oak as the VW Jetta Man! I have received undoubtedly the best customer service ever from this garage! The fault on my car was not obvious and Red Oak investigated and really tried to solve the problem instead on turning me away because the diagnostic machine didn’t report anything (Main Dealer)! Garages like Red Oak will put main dealers out of business as main dealers only want to be part replacers and service monkeys. I would defiantly use Red Oak again and would advise others to try this fantastic garage. Many thanks again and well done.

Had my car service , MOT there since moving to Maidstone 2 years ago. In between had other problems so took it in. Was given the explaination , which resulted once it needed work , another occasion a reasurrance. Customer service , the mechanic was polite and seems geniune .

Only ever heard good things about Red Oak Garage and have used them before with a previous car. Only the fact that they left my car unlocked in their car park for most of a morning after an MOT has tainted their excellence.
