I did some digging, and if you had agreed to have your water pump done at the time (as advised) it wouldn't have cost you anything apart from the part to be replaced as the engine was already stripped down. Had you done as advised you wouldn't have been out of pocket. The engine had to be re-stripped down to get to that pump.....hence the advice you were given at the time yet chose to ignore it..........we are really sorry that you feel this way.

I guess people that take their car to a garage to be fixed because they are not mechanics can suddenly turn into experts when they dont get the news that they want to hear? Or when someone elses "opinion" differs from theirs???

Dont take your car to a garage if you can repair it yourself???

Leaving complaints anonymously is cowardly and puts serious doubts on your integrity and that of the your comments. How do we know you are not another local garage just spreading bs?

Far from the above who seems to live in Devon???? So why take his car to Barrow? I took my Mini to these guys for a list of work as long as my arm. Everything completed to a great standard - they must have put far more hours in than they charged me too! Would I take my Mini back to them? Heck yeah, brilliant work and great customer service!

had pre mot check done for rover 75 told it would cost £580 to get through.Checked what they had said was faulty and could find no problem.Took car to another mot station and lo and behold it sailed through .When one goes to an authorised centre one should expect honesty.When discussing this with other rover owners many seem to have had the same problem.Sad Sad and annoyed.

The Mini Centre charged me £1300 for a repair to a cylinder head on my MG. When I got it back it was leaking water and they wanted to charge me a further £500 for a new thermostat and water pump, as if this was a new job.

Overpriced and not customer oriented. Don't go near them.
