Outstanding service time and time again. I have had all my vans and cars serviced by Petons for a few years and have always left feeling happy with the service. Going the extra mile with service must be their motto. A small team who always make you feel valued, from fitting you in at the last moment to letting you store a crashed car for a few days, all taken in their stride.

i have used Petons garage on more than one occasion in the past year. i return there for several reasons:

* no problem is too big or too small; they just want to help

* all the team go out of the way to make sure the work is done efficiently and well.

* whenever you speak to the lads, they are all courteous and know what is going on.

* the precise diagnoses of problems means they quote a most reasonable price for the job in hand with no hidden 'extras'.

thank you once again for rescuing me once again this week. i will continue to recommend your service for such a reasonable price.

i lived close to the garage for 2 years so was a semi regular customer. every time i had work done they were very good indeed and more tan reasonable, even lending me a starter motor once

Yesterday, I was the stereotypical pain in the backside to any garage, my car wouldn't start and I run my own business and need it for deliveries/visits, so needed a quick turnaround. I eventually, got the car to start and delivered it to Petons at about 11.20am. Mark and his team quickly identified the problem and promptly ordered the necessary part, informing me that it would be with them that afternoon. I chased things up at about 4pm (just to add to my annoyance level with them), to find the part still hadn't been delivered!!! I then resigned myself to having to wait overnight for my car to be repaired. I desperately rang once more at 5.30pm to see if there was any light shining at the end of the tunnel, to be told that the part had arrived and was in the middle of being fitted, but they weren't sure if they would get it finished. Mark asked his staff when they were likely to finish the job and they said they would try and get it done. I was asked to call back at about 6.20pm, this was completely unnecessary because at 6.00pm I got the call to say it was all sorted. I then hotfooted over to the garage where all the staff greeted me on a first name basis, (amazing I thought but probably more due to my name being mud for wanting so much!!) I then settled a very reasonable bill and drove off into the pouring rain. Mark and his team really surpassed all my expectations and I would seriously recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thankyou and well done lads!!!
