Great prompt friendly service

Booked in for a service and service only. They told me would be £125-£175 max with all filters replaced. Ended up with a bill of £313.44 as they changed the break pads without my consent or giving me any notification. Phoned them regarding this after my partner dropped off my car to my work and he told me they had 1000+ still on them and just did them because it was convenient to him instead of me booking back in later… if I had know they’d cost me £139 extra I’d have got my brother to do them. Not only lost my business but I’ve told my partner not to go back either. Really put me in an uncomfortable position and he didn’t seem to care.

I have been using Moray Motors since I arrived in Scotland in 2005. Always very professional, great service, excellent information and keen prices.
They know there stuff and always happy to help, definitely recommend. 10 out of 10 every time.

Since I came to Lossiemouth I haven't needed to go anywhere else. Not only is he efficient, he and his team are always up front about costs and as a driver I know I can rely on his team to provide an excellent and friendly service. My wife now will not in anywhere else either after her experience with a professional clutch replacement on her car.

Really fab garage, first time I have used them, wont go anywhere else again.

Bought a car from them which is a lovely car.But it developed a small fault on it brakes. Keith fixed it immediately on its warranty by replacing the caliper. He never batted an eye and in my opinion is a really decent bloke.He gave my car a three months warranty and honored it with no qualms.He is honest and gives 5* service, what a top bloke!

Having returned from living abroad for a few years I was delighted to see Keith still in operation at Moray Motors. Always a warm welcome the boys really look after you. I can say I have never been ripped off over the many years I have been going there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I completely agree with the above statement as i go there regulary and i once needed to pop in as i thought my exhaust had gone 5mins later gave me keys back and had been sorted for me.

Used this garage for several years now. Good no nonsense service with no attempt to fleece me. Don't be put off by the rather grubby reception or the quiet demeanor of Keith the owner, these guys give a great service and will be as flexible as they can be when youneed them (e.g. when I forgot to book my MOT).
