Had a squeaking noise when driving which was coming from the front wheels. Took the car in to Lowe Autos expecting a large bill. Lowes rang back before noon to say it was just the heat shields rubbing and they had adjusted them - the bill was only a £15 labour charge. Many garages would have had us with new brake pads or discs - it's nice to find an honest and reliable garage. We have been back for MOT and will continue to use Lowe Autos in the future.

I have used Lowe motors for a number of years for my yearly mot. I have always found them to be honest, relaible and friendly, something you dont always find with some garages.For anyone that wants an mot without the stress (its like going to the dentist!) i would thoroughly reccomend them.

I have had my car serviced&mot several times at Lowes garage and have found the staff very helpful.
Also I have had some minor work done and they did a splendid job,I would recommend them to anyone who wants a great job done.

I have been extremely pleased with Lowe Autos on both occasions I have taken my car to them. The first time I was absolutely convinced there was something wrong and was pretty insistent about it - their mechanic could have easily done some cursory work to the car, charged me for it, and I'd have been none the wiser. However, he put it up on the ramps, did a full check over, told me I had nothing to worry about and sent me home without charging a penny. Having had such a positive experience I took my car to have it MOT'd there and again the service was really good - my exhaust was shattered in a few places, so they replaced my 1 piece exhaust with a 2 piece so that if it broke in future, I'd only have the 1 piece to fix (and, critically, pay for!). The car was in and out in a morning, and that was leading up to this BH weekend. I really can't recommend these guys enough - I think they pride themselves on doing the best thing, not the most expensive thing, for their customers so that they build up a customer base that returns. The only reason I haven't scored them 10 is that they didn't call me to let me know what work they were going to do before they did it, but then again it wasn't much, I didn't ask them to call if it was going to be over a certain amount, and I wouldn't have passed my MOT without it so not a big deal.
