After sales is terrible. They really need to improve this. I kind of felt that once they've got your hard earned money, then the buck stops there. I was assured by the sales teams that they would fix certain things if I brought the car back in. They didn't, and we had to foot the bill.

The garage could definitely improve after sales care. I received terrible service. A lot of positive comments seem to be made up, perhaps posted by the garage or there friends

I have purchased my last 3 cars from buckingham, I'm impressed with customer service and really happy with my purchases.

The team at the garage know what they are talking about and advise you on the right car appropriately.

I recommend Buckinghams for car quality, servicing and friendly staff.

Having bought a car from Colin at Buckinghams, I was giving a lot of confidence from the rac inspection and warranty offer , I have been a little nervous os car. Salesman in the past , not knowing whether to buy or not..? Was giving a lot of confidence when was asked why not go home have some time look at positives and negiteves sleep on it, we will hold car till next day,, I purshased the car , had a problem with a ESP sensor 2 weeks after picking car up, I had my car booked in next day , they kindly give me loan car and fixed problem straight away, Thanks a lot for The way I was looked after , darren allott

i recently purchased an audi tt from this company. i travelled some 60 miles to get my vehicle. When i arrived Billy acknowledged me straight away. i was offered a coffee and allowed to fully inspect and test drive the vehicle without any pressure.it was extremely busy but i was never rushed and treated as if i was the only customer buying a car.Billy, Colin, Julie were extremely helpful, the vehicles were all inspected by the RAC and I would not hesistate in recommending Buckinghams of Guilford to my friends.Although some distance away from my home. I would return and purchase a car in the future. we are always quick enough to air our grievances but not to praise as we take it for granted. However, this is my way of praising Billy, Colin, Juile and Kath at Buckinghams. Thanks guys for a great vehilce and a really gteat buying experience.

I wouldnt recmommend buying from this Garage. I purchased a car from them less than two years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Only after 2 weeks I noticed that the exhaust was blowing but they charged me for a repair. They just dont have good customer service, they're all about the money. Also they claim they dont negotiate on the price but if you're willing to walk away then they will do! Same applies for warranty, they can throw that in for free. But generally if you hvae bought a car from this place and are having problems, they really couldnt care less. I think his name is Billy who deals with the servicing side of things, a rude and unhelpful man.
