Recently had a slight paint rectification job done on the drivers door after a complete respray, they also did a corroded roof rail and de-badged the back of the car for me and resprayed a sill that I damaged removing a decal, also received a courtesy car, cost £0-00, superb service yet again, I would highly recommend Douglas motors

Douglas motors told me the correct reset procedure when my audi TT that they resprayed had a slight window issue, well done again.

I have just had my Audi TT totally resprayed after criminal damage, whilst Douglas Motors took longer than I expected the paintwork was of showroom quality, I could not fault it, however there was an issue with the windows function that was not there when the car was collected for the work to be carried out. Watch this space to see how helpful they are in fixing this problem that has now arisen, I will phone them about this in the morning. Overall I am delighted with the respray and service, too date.

Had car back after almost two weeks of repairs, was a fair sized job to do, but I was told they would only have car for a week! they kept putting back the day. finally got it and although they have done a perfect job outside, inside, there is loose panelling and part of it missing! they also never returned phone calls when i rang to check progress of the work, seemed to take on far too much work then they can handle.

Douglas have just returned my car after bodywork repairs. They have left majority of the rear wing rough and unfinished, can't fit me in to look at it until 10 days time and had the nerve to suggest its petrol damage. Not the kind of customer service I was expecting.

Some of the people there seem very familier with repair procedures but other seemed to have no idea but couldnt fault the actul repair and at the end of the day what do we really want
