i purchased a pushbike from halfords merryhill i am from northwales lol we went for a few days visiting relatives.
i was originallt served by john who was lovely bloke i phoned and reserved the bike and collected it for my husbands bday following day. he was lovley bloke very helpful thank you john.
the bike wasnt the type he wanted so following day took it back and exchanged it again the service was fantastic.
then i had to take the bike for its first 6 wk check and had to take it to llandudno but couldnt find the receipt anywhere i phoned and spoke to jake again lovely bloke very helpful and understanding of my predicament and was able to solve my problen a huge thank you to all the help and the service you gave me would deff recomend purchasing from this store.

Not strictly regarding anything car related but this store has the best Bikehut I have ever been to! I have 4 other stores that are closer to me but where these have failed me regarding cycle parts, servicing and general . However, the merry hill branch never fails to provide excellent service. Two first class cycle mechanics who have an absolute wealth of knowledge and couldn't be any more friendly, generally turning around a bike repair in a couple of days as opposed to a couple of weeks or a month at other stores! It's a shame Halfords bikehut gets so much stick as this store really does buck the trend.

Excellent knowlege regarding cycle carriers and fitment as well from the bikehut mechanics as well!

Brilliant store, couldn't ask for more!

This store has the most helpful cashier/sales lady the world has ever seen, I would gladly drive past the 3 other closer branches to be served by Aileen. puts a 6 star rated store to a 9 star recomended, would be 10 but she sometimes has to go home.
