Lowes Recovery

Broke down on A19. Lowe’s Recovery came to my rescue. Their team couldn’t have been more helpful & understanding. Curtis helped communicate with the AA (who had delayed my breakdown assistance) and he wouldn’t leave work until I had the help I needed to get home to Leeds. Highly recommend this company for your breakdown recovery needs. Dave a member of the team, drove me with my car back to Leeds to my local garage & was so friendly & reassuring. Recovered from my usual breakdown spot on A66, They weren't as quick as Ron Perry, but that may have been due to being passed on by my insurers, great to deal with, and no doubt I will use them again

My beloved mz ts 250 sidecar outfit developed a charging fault on the way home from a rally at Harmby near Leyburn and the Lowes recovery truck arrived before the projected time!
The Driver “ Dangerous Dave “ was professionalism personified!
A skilled driver and an interesting person to be sharing a journey with.Having a mechanical malfunction is never fun but Dave knew exactly what he was doing.
He is clearly very proud of belonging to a team who value each other and put customer care first.
I will judge other recovery organisations by the very high standards this organisation sets.

Excellent service. Was stranded in the middle of nowhere near Ripon with a double pucture. Recovery wagon arrived in less than an hour and got us to a garage before closing time on a Sunday. Highly recommend this company.

Cannot recommend enough. Not only did they come pick me up after my car was smashed to bits, but they also collected all my personal belongings out of it, even going to the extent of popping the currently playing CD out of the CD player for me. The little things make it feel a lot better even when your car is written off :) Thank you Lowes!

Broke front spring at 1730 on Friday evening almost exactly half way on 300 mile journey. Rescuemycar contacted Lowes and were there within 40 minutes and (Les) transferred us to their depot where transferred to onward vehicle. Despite road closures and other delays the driver (Brett)kept good humour and got us to garage 150 miles south late in the evening. Pleasant, efficient, first class service from start to finish making frustrating day bearable for us. Well done.

Called Green Flag 10.22 - Lowes arrived 10.45 about 10 miles from their base but in a remote spot
Very polite chap (Dean)keen to ensure safety of all despite perilous position of car

Professional, reliable service. Arrived at Scotch Corner Services within 30 minutes on a cold Wednesday night (called them our at 1900hrs) The recovery man had me hooked up and we were on our way within 15 minutes. Had a great chat on the way down to Leeds, actually quite a fun journey!

Can't praise this company highly enough, they say that the strength of a company lies in the people they employ. Well with Mr Redford they have won a watch. Great guy.
