Shakespeare Service Centre Ltd

I recently had the unfortunate experience of taking my car to Shakespeare Service Centre for an engine leak repair, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare! I had hoped to have my car fixed promptly and efficiently, but instead, I was met with incompetence and dishonesty.

First and foremost, the garage failed to address the engine leak properly. Instead of conducting the necessary repairs, they resorted to a quick fix by APPLYING SILICONE ALL OVER THE ENGINE.

To make matters worse, the mechanics blatantly lied to me about replacing certain parts that were supposedly causing the leak. Upon inspection by another trusted garage, it was revealed that none of the mentioned parts had been replaced. It is unacceptable for a garage to provide false information, false invoices and deceive customers in such a manner!

Furthermore, the garage's communication and customer service were abysmal. They made me visit them for ten consecutive days, claiming that they were diligently working on the problem. However, it became evident that they were simply stalling and had no intention of properly addressing the issue. This wasted both my time and money, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.

I strongly advise against seeking any automotive services, unless you want to loose your money, time, nerves and you are fancy to be charged almost £600 for applying silicone around the engine, instead of sorting the problem correctly.
Their lack of expertise, dishonesty, and poor customer service make them wholly unreliable.

Shakespeare's have always been put me right, in an upfront and honest way. Their servicing of my cars has always been timely and affordable and all their staff friendly and very helpful.
