I took my car to Keith's in an emergency (on the recommendation of the Texaco garage on Bishopsford Rd) on the Saturday morning before Xmas, in the snow, with a number of my lights not working. Despite his not being meant to be there, he replaced all the bulbs needed, plus tested all the others and replaced a couple more that were on the point of going. As I had a 250 mile journey to make, his service was invaluable. He only wanted to charge for the parts, too - needless to say I paid him for his time and gave him a little Xmas bonus. Just about to book a different car in there for MOT and service on the basis that he certainly deserves my custom!
