I bought a fiesta van the other day and all the guys at colne commercials were really helpful. They did me an excellent deal and even took in my broken car as part exchange. Really happy customer

I always like to use local dealers when buying my vehicles, but I was attracted to Colne Commercials due to their prices as well as the standard of quality. They looked after me and gave me a good deal, I recommend them and think they would be hard to beat. Ask for one the brothers that work their, I can't remember which one it was Mich or Paul. Very fair guy.

Purchased my new van recently from colne commercials after shopping around the other local dealers in essex (dls, smiths, access). Colne were the far more professional and most helpful of them all. There forecourt is well prsented, clean and free of odd bit off van or junk laying around unlike others. I was treated well and spoken to in a professional manor. I got a discounted price with 12months MOT chucked in the deal aswell. Would highly recommend to any one thinking of buying a new van to give colne commercials a visit, im sure you wont be disappointed.

Just a quick let you known to any tradesman looking for a van, to go to Colne for a fantastic service and great van. My wife phoned them to check if they still had my Transit for sale while I was at work, then after getting stuck in traffic and being late to get there I decided I wanted the van but really didn't have time to make the journey over there again, I wanted to buy it before April the 5th, hence tax year. The guys offered my free delivery and did so, the van was as described and one of the better deals on the net. Great doing business with them and will return for my next one.

We went to see a Mercedes Vito van and travelled over 200 miles after the advert stated it had a roof rack, abs, airbags and full service history. The van had none of these things. There wasn't even a single stamp on the book. The dealer completely brushed all of these things and stated its not his problem. Worst experience in 20 years of buying, honestly please avoid at all costs.

Just bought a new Van from Colne Commercials, and wanted to let everyone know what a great place this is to buy a van from, found a van I wanted, they showed me the van, advised me that I might be better off with a different one, because of the type of driving I'd be doing. I test drove three different vans nothing was too muchg trouble.
They discounted the van £200 and gave me a roof rack and tow bar fitted free of charge, I also took out some finance, which I got at 6%. The van is fantastic, does over 50 MPG very comfortable and looks great in Metallic Blue. The sales guys are always happy to see you and I'm sure they wont need it, but I wish them all the luck for the future. Vicki.

This Company is a retail site, that offers good quality commercial vehicles, with a second to none back up service.
The stock consists of anything from Fiesta vans to Transits and Sprinters aswell as 7.5 ton tippers and box lorries.
As faras I'm aware they have been trading for over 25 years and opperating from their current site for 7 years.
They will of course trade vehicles if required, which means taking a vehicle as is, with no warranty but at a discounted price.
I have done this on numerous occaisions with Colne Commercials and never had a problem. I have also purchased Vans 'Retail' where the after service is excellant, they have a fleet of silver VW Caddy vans and one silver Transit as courtesy vehicles if a van needs to go back for any work or servicing.
They can provide vehicles from a few hundred pounds or upto £20,000 they treat all customers the same. Very professional , keep it up.

I bought a Transit Connect 2007 from Colne Commercials at the start of July 2010. The guy I dealt with would not budge one bit on the price (not even £20 for fuel) despite there being a few obvious things wrong with the van, no tax for example and constantly made out like they werent making a penny by selling it at that price and that it was the bargain of the century even though it wasnt really that cheap. I managed to get him to put a 3 month engine and gearbox warranty on it.

3 weeks into owning the van and theres a large oil leak on the lower half of the engine, the air conditioning doesnt work as the condenser drier leaks and a pipe is badly worn and the dual mass flywheel rattles like hell in 3rd and 4th gear when accelerating.

Having the warranty in place I though I'd be ok. I rang them and, after they tried to tell me I paid less for the van than I actually did, they said they wouldnt be able to help with either the flywheel or air conditioning as it's not covered by the warranty. But if I want to have the oil leak done I can. Great!

I now have to fork out £250 to get the air conditioning working alone, the oil leak I imagine will cost roughly the same and the flywheels cost around £3-400!! and that's before they're fitted. So at the least it looks like I'll be spending £1000 to get the van to the condition it should have been sold in.

Usless warranty with salesmen that wont budge on prices, dont think I'd deal with them again after this.
