Have dealt with Langmans for two years. Had two vehicles off him and also paid for warranties which have been entirely useless. Repairs supposedly done were not done (last time we photographed engine bay and marked engine with security paint across gaskets that were still sealed on pickup).
Warranty on one of the cars is still active till Oct 2010 and yet he is refusing to do repairs - one minute he's the warranty co and then the next the warranty company won't authorise.
Trading standards are very aware of his practices and are currently interested in talking to him - avoid at all costs.
