twice I have been to this garage and twice they have given one price on the phone and another in person (both times at further cost) such a shame as the service is very quick, and they do good work. I had just moved to Bristol and hoped these would be my garage, I am now having to look elsewhere due to poor service

Writing this as my Vectra boot jammed open this morning and I fiddled with it for an hour, looked the problem up on the web for advice then finally bit the bullet and gave them a call. Went down, and within a minute John had cleared the (unseen) obstruction, reset the catch and waved me on my way- no charge. Another garage could have charged me £100 for a new lock + fitting and I've had been none the wiser.

I recently took my car there for an MOT, the staff were friendly and the test was done the following day, no complaints about anything, they gave me recomendations and offered to do the work at my discretion, so I know I have a reliable service waiting for when my car needs them.
