1) got charged for over £30+ charged for polishing saying it can fix the scratches --> the car wasn't polished and scratches untouched! 2) got charged for £50+ for door fixing, was told by the guy who returned the car that they think there is a child lock (I returned from London today and found the door still couldn't be opened from inside)

I am very sorry to hear your comments. We have many repeat customers who are very happy with our honest, reliable and professional service. You booked with Servicing Stop and as such you should discuss any issues to them directly. I have been in contact with them and they tell me they have spoken to you and addressed the issues. However, if you are still not fully satisfied please contact Servicing Stop again and together we will aim to resolve any outstanding issues. I have always found their staff very helpful, however, there does seem to have been some communication breakdown here. I hope we can all resolve matters amicably. I have offered to assist Servicing Stop in any way we can.

Excellent & efficient service. Good value for Money, Staff were friendly & explained what was required, I didn't feel intimidated like at so many other places and no hidden extras or charges. As I couldn't get to the Garage to collect my car someone delivered to my place of work, this service was invaluable to me.

We are sorry to hear your comments. I have tried to find your details on our database, however, was unsuccessful. From your profile you are age 18 or under, live in Aberdeenshire & own an Aston Martin DB1? We have no record of having worked on such a vehicle. If you would like to provide more details I will gladly look into your comments.

I have used Wellington Garage, to service/MOT my Pug 307. I've also used them to carry out the normal wear and tear repairs on the 307, new starter motor etc. WG have, carried out all the work quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Importantly they haven't ever tried the usual main dealer tactic of saying something needs replacing,in order to get an extra few quid. All in all I'd recommend this garage.
Just a note on the local (Bury) Peugeot dealer RRG, previously I had intended to stick with the main dealer for servicing/MOT's etc, particularly as I'd bought the car from them (new). However the quality of servicing and MOT's was pretty poor, I once got the car back with a new MOT, even though two lights were out, which I mentioned and asked them to replace!!
