I have used this company for both replacement tyres and servicing and found them generally competative on pricing and polite to deal with. However, their telephone usage and systems could do with reviewing, it's not uncommon for the phone to be taken off the hook while they serve a face to face customer which can be frustrating for the caller. Having said this, the facilities while waiting at the premises for work to be done are good, which is useful because sometimes you can have a long wait.
