i took my peugout 807 into rh ,..]they said it was a injector gone they had car 3 days and said they could not get it out they gave me car back exactly as it was and charged me£196.80 ,i then put a litre of injector cleaner in tank this cleaner this fixed engine miss fire i went back to them ofere to pay £50 they would not refund my£i46.80

Im sorry you feel this way, but i explained to you exactly what you were being charged for. Before any work was carried out i explained there would be a labour charge in testing and diagnosing your cars problems, you agreed to these charges. We worked on your vehicle for two and a half days and charged you 4 hours labour plus a diagnostic test. Also im concerned about the refund issue as it would have been me you would have spoke to and i have no recollection of this. You took your car on the terms that to rectify all the issues with your car would cost more than its own value. If you would like to come back in and resolve the issue we would be more than happy to speak to you.. Thanks for the the review we will take this into consideration and try to better this. Repaired my van quickly and at a reasonable price. When the part fitted turned out to be faulty they replaced it within a hour at no extra cost. Very impressed overall with the service
