Have had problems with this garage-the price they've quoted didn't match the price I had to pay as they've had more work then they anticipated!It happened twice!!

I brought my car for mot.Had an advisory but 2weeks later when I brought my car and ask to fix it they said that there is no problem with it. I'll avoid and not recommend them to anyone

I've been using JM for a few years now and have to say they are excellent. Very knowledgeable on all makes of car and the work is done to a very high standard. They've worked on my Alfas, VWs and BMW over the years and have always done a great job. If you live in the local area give them a try and you wont be disappointed. Best garage in central region.

I have been using JM for 10 years now - Very capable mechanics and always ready and willing to explain any issues or work done. I have happily recommended their services to many people who have also become satisfied and valued customers. Work is never carried out without my go ahead and I trust them totally.

The negative comment below seems a strange one - JM have never offered a tyre fitting service and have always been clear about that. I would assume that this is someone who has not taken their time to discuss the work and total costings properly which seems strange if budget was so tight.

I have had my cars serviced and tested by JM for over 4 years. I have had excellent service and help at all times. I originally went there on recommendation to fix a problem that a Chrysler main dealer had been unable to fix JM FIXED IT! Highly recommended, I won't take my cars anywhere else. I broke down last year and to be honest, JM had warned me to keep an eye on a possible water leak, which I did not research thoroughly enough and ended up with a new radiator for my costs in the middle of my holiday. Very accomodating in my efforts to use eco Bio-diesel and all my requests. Basically, I trust them, they know their stuff I and cannot understand the negative claim below. As for £££s they are not the cheapest but are excellent value for quality service. DM

I have used J M Motors for 8 years and I would recommend them. I've always had an honest assessment/estimate of cost and time, also they have been flexible to fit me in when I've had breakdowns.

One of the best mechanics in Falkirk. Helpful and honest as well as ensuring value for money. I was recommended to this mechanic by a friend who has used him for years. I'm not sure about the other reviewer but it's one of the best experiences I had at a mechanic.

Had a very Bad experience I was quoted £170 total by them I new that I had a problem with the exhaust and a tyre was bald. which is all they saw wrong other than a rubber bit for my brake pedal. I gave the go ahead for the work and they said they would phone me when it was done. No one phoned after a day and a 1/2 so i phoned back they then told me the work was done except the rubber bit from the pedal and I would need to get my tyre done elswhere as they didnt do tyres(even though the card they gave me said they did) and the cost was now £225 as they didnt include the MOT cost In the £170 I'm now stuck without a car as I cant afford this right now are these people not aware that happy customers = free advertisment and more customers Bad practice the only reason they get any points from me is because the work looks ok.
